Each web development project we undertake is unique. Your Business is Unique! There are no two websites that are the same. So before we know your exact needs, it is impossible to give an exact description of what your site will contain and what it will cost. We follow a strict process in order to give you an accurate and estimated cost to produce a website.

We address each client's needs individually. You can be assured that you will always receive the best value for your money and before commencing any work on your project, we will always agree on a fixed price fee so that you know exactly how much it will cost. You will find our rates reasonable, and our work excellent, professional and on time.

Our pricing structure is fairly simple. We price our projects on individual client needs.

We cater to small - medium sized businesses who are on a strict budget, but still want the high-quality service they need.

There are many web design firms who offer inexpensive options for small businesses; however, these options seldom increase sales or create a website that is designed with its target audience in mind..

Your web design costs will vary depending on:

• The amount of content that is already prepared for the site
• The complexity involved with the site (Programming, Forms, Flash, etc) if needed
• The complexity of the layout and design
• The number of pages the site will contain and many other factors.

We will initially set up a meeting to discuss your needs and at that time you will be supplied with a Website Questionnaire. Your initial consultation is free! Once the questionnaire is completed we will supply with you a proposal stating the estimate of cost and the specifications of the site included in that cost.

Before any work is to begin, a 50% deposit is required and a written agreement will be signed. Once the site is complete with your approval, the balance will be due before the site is uploaded to the server.
